The Davis Collection ships all items UPS Overnight Insured within the United States. We cannot ship to international addresses or P.O. boxes.

Returns

If you would like to return or exchange your Cascades, we are happy to replace them with another selection or refund your Paypal account. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase AND with the return tag still attached to your Cascades.

To return your Cascades, follow this three-step process:

1. Call 1-888-566-1413 for a Return Authorization Code. Simply write this code in the space provided on your original invoice.
2. Securely pack all of the original packaging in a UPS Overnight box.
3. INSURE* for invoice amount and ship UPS Overnight to:
